STORE PICKUP (Free)

Curbside orders will be available for pickup as follows:

West Portal Store

Tuesday - Saturday between 12:00-5:00 pm as early as two days after placing your order.

Hayes Valley Store

Not currently available.

Pickup Procedure (West Portal Store)

Upon completing your order and selecting a Store Pickup shipping option, you'll receive an order confirmation email that includes the store's email address and phone number. Please email the store to arrange for a pickup time, and upon arrival, simply phone the store to let us know you've arrived. We'll walk out to your car and drop-off your purchase!

GENERAL SHIPPING

U.S. Orders over $100 enjoy Free Standard Shipping!

Purchases under $100 ship for a flat rate of $8.

Orders deliver in 2-9 business days. All orders are sent with UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

Next Day shipping is available upon checkout for $25.

Shipping notifications are sent via email when your order ships. Shipping notifications contain carrier information and tracking options.
